DRY BULK LINER FAQ

A dry bulk liner constitutes a flexible packaging solution installed within a standard dry container, primarily employed for the intermodal transport of dry bulk, free-flowing commodities via various modes such as trucks, railways, and ships.
The versatility of dry bulk liners allows for their production in a variety of designs and materials, ensuring they can be tailored to meet specific requirements.

The LAF Dry Bulk Liner serves as a container for transporting dry granular, flaked, pellet, or powdered products, offering protection against contamination and ensuring the integrity of the commodities throughout the journey.

It takes just two individuals 15 minutes to successfully install the dry bulk liner.

Dry commodities are efficiently loaded into the dry bulk liner using an automated loading system (such as pneumatic, belt/screw conveyor, or gravity feed). Once the target payload volume is achieved, the container doors are closed and securely fastened. The fully loaded container is then sent to its destination via truck, rail, or ship for transport.

To perform the task, please ensure that the left door of the container remains closed while opening the right container door. Proceed by connecting the discharging manifold to the discharge spout of the dry bulk liner, and then attach the automatic discharging equipment to it. Subsequently, initiate the equipment to begin the discharging process.

LAF specializes in the production of premium container bulk liners crafted from high-quality materials, including food-grade virgin LLDPE film, PP woven fabric, or HDPE woven fabric.
